Beginner Aerial, to get the basics
Service Description
This Beginner class will take you through the technique of each move, and the combining of combos and routines. This class is specific to beginners technique and the correct use of aerial equipment. There is also strength and conditioning in the session.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a session please make sure its more then 12 hours in advance, as the coaches need prep time to create your class. Note, if cancellation is actioned within the 12 hours, it counts as a session.
